That big 'ol 69 drop top is coming my way...I will remove that hideous air cleaner and put on the factory valve covers....rest assured !!!

Damn, another car leaving California, but then again most likely not an original CA car with that white 5PAN061 2005 plate.
 
Yes Fred, i wonder if they were available there at all. I dont recall ever seeing an original superlite car come from California
 
Can't find any documentation on whether CA was successful or not. I bet there is.

Dodge dropped the "Super-Lite" option at the end of the 1970 model year because of lack of consumer interest and various challenges to its legality in certain states.

Dodge flooded the market with the lite on the 69's. I believe it was a flop option but they already had plans for 70'. They knew 70 was the final year in 69'.
