I have a couple pics from about 2 years ago on my old phone that I'll try and recover and post.No info except it was sitting beside a metal building there in behind a chain link fence so I couldn't get up close and it was on a weekend and no one was around at the time to ask questions.
I pretty much forgot all about it until I saw your post and wondered how many of those could possibly be in the middle of a remote part of Idaho.I guess only one.

This is the one pic I have of the wagon at the airport which would have been taken in June 2017.IIRC it was about half way down the row of buildings next to the air strip.
