The Belvedere plant used a combination of screws and rivets. What was used depends on the model year and time of year.

We should expect rivets on a 69 MY Belvidere assembled car for this time of year.

People with later SPDs will report they're tags are held on with screws.

My 69 Fury (Belvidere Plant with A31 date code) fender, er radiator core support tag ;-), has screws. I don't recall ever seeing rivets - thanks for sharing!
