I for my part can’t stand those shark gill lights. They are too obvious copy of those in the ’66-’67 Toronado, and a painful reminder that Chrysler styling was tailing that of GM by two years. (The crease in the middle of the hood of any ’69-’71 Chrysler is another Toronado reference, but it suits the package so it’s much more acceptable.)

Otherwise this ’69 Imp is just fine. I would remove the vinyl top, and put a big rear window into it to get rid of any broughamesque in it, but that’s just me.

‘69 would be my second favorite after the ‘67 and this one looks great with some whitewalls, I can picture it now.

Fury, 300, monaco won't fit either...
ok imperials are bigger but they are all big cars. I had all of these... 300/imperial : same deal. Monaco smaller but not 1 meter smaller... buy a corvette if you want a small US car. ;)

Sold my Corvette few months ago ;-) Already checked that:
69 Monaco: 5608 mm
69 Imperial: 5834 mm
Few cm makes a lot differences for me. 300/Fury or Monaco are similar to my Wildcat and it fits perfectly.

Around 10K USD (plus all the shipping costs etc). My friend imported a 69 Sport Fury last year in original condition, center console and bb. Price was similar, this is the condition / price I am aiming in.

Not sure what the formal top exactly means (shape of the top, or the vinyl top?) but the top on this car looks like the one what yours friends Plymouth looks and condition is similar - 44k original miles.

There is more details, price is around 15k€

Its quite popular in Poland, there is always quite good number of visitors from your country. The seller of that mopar will be there, if it catched your attention.

Yes I know about the meeting - some of my friends go there Regarding Imperial - it's not my car as I mentioned before but as far as I know there is one guy from Germany who wants to see it (it should be here in 2 weeks or so). I will ask Andrzej if he has any more interest in it.
