This is one of those rare Plymouth Fury Miracle models. If it has a solid floor in it, it's a MIRACLE.

I can't tell if the interior is velour, suede, or just bad taste.
Only thing for certain is outlasted most of its brothers and sisters
that went to wrecking yard heaven and then the crusher.

I think that's part of a California emissions retrofit to a closed PCV system.

The body looks decent on that Fury. If you wanted it as a driver, it might buff out and look "good enough". Without looking I would suspect that the floors will need work. That interior has to go. For the right price it could be a good start.

I think that is not "dual exhaust" but one of those goofy add on exhaust tips they used to sell.
