No fences in my back yard. All woods in my backyard which are protected Woodlands. So no building anything. A lot of wildlife in my area, red fox, coyotes, bald eagles, osprey, an occasional black bear wanders through one or twice a year. And a ton of other animals. So cool to sit on my deck and just listen and watch.

I hope so too. The county says the "Protected Woodlands" status is forever.

When I bought my land, everything behind me was zoned "open space" and supposed to never be developed.
A year later they put in a street after some back room talks and some money was exchanged....
