1969 Polara 500 Surviver

I am also concerned about the dirt and dust. Dust would get in places I can't clean
That dust holds my car together! I don't know if I could have a car in as nice as some of you guys, I prefer them a little "rough around the edges", if you will. Just don't know if I'm ready for that responsibility, at least not yet, I'm getting there, slowly.

I have my own parking spot and no one is getting close to my Cars and is dust free where my site trailer and parking spot is.
I never would drive my car to a dirty dusty job site.

Rented locked Garage space within 4 minutes Walking range to office. Best 50 bucks I ever spent, having fun all year round with the different toys.

I just stepped over the Polara I wasn't planning to buy another C-Body.
The Story is the original owner was a Lady and she brought the car brand new in Calgary in 1969 and always kept it in her Garage and looked after the car she had every 4tmls maintenance done oil change and all the other stuff.
She passed away 24 years ago and here grand son got the Polara inherited and stored the car in his garage until I picked it up.
It was a very sad moment when I picked the Polara he had tears in his eyes because the car was a part of the family, and all the memories on his grandmother.
I work as an Superintendent for a large construction company and all my
Co workers know that I like old car and they ask me sometimes if I'm interested to buy one , that's how I also ended up with my 70 Imperial

Very nice car , but this one you found in the kijiji ads i gues , it was there just for 2 days or so,,,,

:bs_flag: There is no safe place to park a car at a construction site .... unless you are blocks away or not too busy.

The bottom photo shows a tight job with over 300 guys , 7 buildings 4 & 5 stories ....I hated it, just under a year to complete.

There was no place closer than home to keep the truck clean
