Probably any state that had a Mopar contract. I do know that Louisville Ky had 5 cars, including one wagon. My Dad drove most of them. I was talking to him about it the other day. All were slick top cars used for radar. The wagon was used more for the beginnings of a freeway express program. A black, a blue, 2 greens, and a brown car. The wagon was in such good shape that it was sold to the Louisville Zoo. I don't know what happened to it after that though or any of the other cars. I posted adds on craigslist for some time looking for one, but came up with nothing, not a crumb of a story. Not surprising, not many in the area in the first place. Washington State would also be one that used the car.
