I've had this for years and it's time for it to go to someone who can use it. I believe it's correct for a 1970-71 Newport. Very good condition. Asking $40 plus shipping from 68028.

Part number on the lens is SAE STIAR 70CE

I bought a bunch of nos parts for my 1971 sunroof Newport when I received it a few years ago now and I will have to look through those parts to see if I bought some of those tail lights. I know for sure I bought an nos rear bumper center applique but not certain on the lenses.

@ayilar got me to thinking about this so I just went out to my garage to check. I did get a set of nos tail lights with the original gaskets as well. I also bought an NOS grille for that Newport. I would like it to be very nice when completed.

The lights I have look the same as the ones being sold here used so I think they might be the same for both years 1970 - 1971.

The tail light being sold here looks very good - very close to nos in appearance as my nos ones.
