Problem is that water get first into the rear frame rails... sereval big holes for me..

Potentially yes. Ones 67-8, ones 69-73. This car is only 800 miles away , and depending on which way its going, a floor could be available.
Otherwise shipping will ruin a deal. Can you imagine the cost to ship a floor?
