Does it have to be numbers correct?? Or do you just want your windows to work?

Does it have one threaded stud and a male tab to plug in one wire??
Any pics??
Did you bypass the relay to see if the windows worked as part of diagnostic?
Reason is I can make it work without the "correct" relay.
Luckily,Ma mopar used similar relays/circuit breakers that work in the same fashion.

Partsvoice says Brads has one available, but their prices are generally steep. Or Collector's Auto Supply as well, but they will certainly hose you.
