1970 Chrysler Newport

It took me a few minutes to find the fender tag (I quickly scanned the video as I don't have time to watch it in detail for now, and was lucky). See the video tab 2:06:45. Looks like CE27L0C103382 -- EW1 with E2X9 bench seat black interior and EW1 white top. H51 A/C and R13 radio as options, SBD of August 18, 1969 if I see correctly.

Any of our Minnesota members knows the car? From the comments, it was owned by a vet called Benni and was seen at many car shows in Bemidji MN.

when he started to unbolt the intake i thought he was putting the fuel injection back on
 
dunno why you wouldnt do a little more diag before pulling head, that and no power tools/extensions wasted a lot of time
