NOT MINE 1970 Dodge Polara Convertible - $10,000 - Kentucky

No, physical documented evidence of one in 70?
For Polaras, that is. My 1970 300 ‘vert is white inside with matching top.

And, we’ve heard of two Polaras with white interiors — sn FK5 that you saw with your own eyes, and a triple white that a common friend has heard of. Like Moby Dick, eventually you’ll harpoon a great white-interior ‘70, Captain Ahab!

I had a B5 70 RR with blue interior once too and have seen plenty of green 70s with green interiors, my bother had one. Also a 70 limelight metallics GTX with matching interiors.
Both of my early Challengers had matching interiors, one F8 the other B5, and I loved them. Not so much now, my vert is going white.

Of course for Polaras, we're talking polaras. If they never show up for proof in the numbers, then they didn't happen.

Earth tones were extremely popular at the time and people were probably wanting new exciting interior colors that were different than what they had to choose from in years past.

Chrysler actively promoted the New Green shades for a few years there. A couple of years offered multiple shades of green vinyl tops and interiors. I don’t recall if green was an industry-wide “in” color the or just a Mopar thing. Starting with the ‘68 model year, Chrysler heavily featured the various greens and recommended them to those in the Company Car program. Dad almost went triple green for his ‘68 Charger. Then on second thought he stayed with Turbine Bronze and went dark green for his Signet. Whew! In ‘69 he had a triple green Fury III coupe and ‘70 he went with a green Dart sedan.
Around ‘71 the Tan and browns became the “in” colors.

It’s not $2.5k. There was no title last time around. The seller spent almost 4 months getting one.

Sold twice, sold better the 2nd time.
Unless one of the Fusey Polara guys on here got it, I won't be surprised to see it pop up again with a higher price tag.
If the seller suffers another fallen-thru sale, I might view it as fate and TOFTT.
