Mark, what do you think about this one? Matt might live close enough to take a peek at it.

negative......hate the ext color, hate the int color, hate the wing, and it's supp a bondo barge

He claims to still have the 383.

Yes, but why did he toss it....for an old 413 all things?? When the last time ya saw a 413 laying around (and not inside some truck either). I dunno, it just doesn't smell right to me---even w/o the bondo.

Why would you paint a car that green on purpose! This one's been around for sale for quite some time and I have seen it on the streets once or twice. As far as the local availability of 413's go? you'de be suprised at how often I see them on Craigslist.

I don't like that dumpster green paint. The 413 doesn't bother me besides it probably about 350 hp. Not much of a hp gain over a 383. The bondo and rust is a major issue. Unless this guy is trying to be dishonest and trying to sell it as original rust free car, why not be open about the actual condition of the car. I'm wondering if it's an actual 383 car with the original 383 in the garage and a real fender tag!

Maybe not but it's a green that would only look good on a dumpster.

Hopefully he didn't swap in a 72-73 413 truck engine which would not yield any hp gains. Perhaps torque gains but at that point I use 440 out of an RV that doesn't have reverse cooling stuff.

You know the reason that he has a 413 under the hood is because it was the first thing found that was in good running condition that could be bolted in without much work.
