RT-66 tour is on my wife's bucket list.Me I just a bit afraid to take the wagon that far .We took a small drive on a portion of it a few years ago when we were in Arizonia we rented a Mustang convertible .

We spent one night in the WigWam Motel.

I did overheat a bit after this climb in the scorching heat, but I was carrying 4 gallon jugs of water in the trunk.

The only other issue was the ballast resistor giving up the ghost as we left the Santa Monica Pier parking lot.

300rag I already carry a extra ballast resistor so i would be half ready if i had the same luck as you.
