I'll be happy to stay under 80. Maybe I can do it for less but here's my napkin math:

10k- Purchase
10k- Engine
10k- body/paint
10k- electronics
10k- suspension
10k- interior (high)
10k - shop rental & supplies/tools
10k- trans, diff, etc.
