My weak point are Fusies so who am I to say but yah, waaaay out of line.. Is the price really all that out of line?
The car had a very thorough resto a while ago. I skimmed though his web site and it looks like is went to the shop in 1999, so the finished restoration is probably 22 or 23 years ago. It still looks good and it seems to me that Bill had the car back to the resto shop a couple times to freshen a few things. This car was rather recently treated to a complete nut and bolt restoration as I recall. Of course with these cars you're not likely going to get back what you put in. I see some liberties have been taken in the engine bay, easily reversible. New (old) stereo and instrument panel trim, and you have a brand new (old) car. Is the price really all that out of line?
Yes he has passed. So, has Bill @Fury440 passed?
Yes he has passed.
R.I.P. Bill (Fury440)
I had the honour to meet Bill and his wife 2008.
They stayed at my house for 5 days!
The correct air cleaner we scored at a yard in Clayton, NY during his stay.
Paul finished the restoration in 2014 or 2015, so it is coming on years old now....went to the shop in 1999, so the finished restoration is probably 22 or 23 years ago...
