I bought it for the windshield, manual a/c, hood and taillights (both ended up being broken)

My 70 Convertible has same engine and interior. All the same options. Only Paint code VON and production date are different. Must have been a standard convertible packge for the dealership cars.

"Split bench" in a convertible? I was under the impression those seats were only in 4dr models?

Rather than the "50/50 Split Bench" front seat, they also term a normal bench seat, with a center fold-down armrest as "Split Bench" front seat. With a solid bottom cushion on that "split bench". ONE more time "details matter" in marketing situations.

Thank you for posting PM27G0D160750 -- I'd heard from the seller that the car had been crushed last month. Good to know a member managed to get the car and to save a bunch of parts!

It is an actually a "split-back bench with folding center armrest" as per the OEM brochure. See the ever-helpful Hamtramck Library:

If I were you, I would also keep the convertible-specific parts: they'll help someone and pad your wallet at some future point. Among others: rear interior panels, rear seat, interior RV mirror, and parts related to the top and its attachment to the windshield frame.

PS: add to that the rear windows and mechanisms.

Beige with white top is an odd combo. Would think black would be better suited with that color.
