THIS IS A VERY SOLID CAR
$2800 obo/must sell
1970 Plymouth Fury III Convertible
318 motor, automatic, Air Condition, Power Top, PS, runs & drives, Factory Bulge hood with blinkers, drivers side window rolls up only half way, have all 4 hub caps, top is weathered, very little rust, there is some rust in the trunk pan, small area easy fix, solid floor pans and very clean underneath, leak in the radiator or the radiator hose.
Hail damage on car has been sanded and ready for paint, deck lid has been replaced because of hail damage and it needs aligned, Pictures show the good and bad of the car. This is a very low production car, this was the last year for a full sized Fury Convertible, production number about 1970 built. This a straight old car, not wavy down the side's, good solid car to put time into. Car will be sold with bill of sale only.
Below is what a $2000 Fury Convertible looks, please notice the difference.

any idea what she's worth by just looking at the photos?

For $2800 I would grab it in a minute if I was looking for one !!! providing it ain't got any rotted out underside. I would have 2 grand cash and go from there but would ultimately be bringing it home.

Nice, solid and complete convertible. Great C body vert project. One could give this car what it needs to be an excellent example and still keep your head above water. A cheap, (flipper type), paint job and incorrect interior would kill it though.

That green is OK, but why would anyone order a green convertible.....? Especially in 1970 with all the high impact colors available.
I can't see the heater controls clearly, but question the automatic air with a 318. No under hood shots.
Tough to beat if your looking for a nice "C" convertible. Just do it right.

Ironwolf is pretty much on the mark here. Provided the trunk floor and floor pans are solid then the car would be worth the $2K to $2800 mark. It all hinges on the rust. Especially f the engine and trans run good.

not a value question, but are the front fender markers from a sport fury?

I would buy it, I think she is beautiful just the way she sits.

outer body looks solid. if the floors are good , it's a fair price.

My 1970 Plymouth Fury convertible came with 318 2 bbl and factory AC

My 1970 Plymouth Fury sales brochure says: "Turn indicators. Twin turn indicators are distinctively integrated into the hood styling of your Fury. A brand new location for 1970. (Part of Light Package)" Nothing in the brochure limits the hood turn signal lights (Light Package) to the Sport Fury, nor does the standard features list for the Sport Fury include Light Package.

My 1970 Fury III Convertible has hood turn signal lights.

My opinion is that the hood turn signals could be original to the car.

All true, but I read the question to be about the fender side marker lights. The front fenders have been changed to those from a Sport Fury.

I was talking about the front fender markers. No sport fury convertiblenses in 70.

My bad: I should have read the question more closely

I guess the prospective buyer needs to ask: why were the front fenders replaced?

Which could lead to: what else was damaged if it was hit and needed a front clip?

I think I would be more concerned about the lack of title on it in my opinion than if the fenders were swapped out. Just my 2 cents though
