The rears are 6x9" I think. But does anyone know the size of the front stereo speakers in the dash?

Thanks! And the center one? 6x10 with just two screws, right? Stupid format... Impossible to find these days, I think...

With what setup do you guys updated your stereo system? I thought about two 4" tweeters on the sides and a 2-way speaker on a wooden adapter in the middle, connected via a crossover.
And two 6x9 in the back.

Thanks John, that's what I'm gonna do on my car, because I don't have the two Speakers on the sides of the dashboard. But for the setup with three front speakers in a friends '70 Imperial , I have to build it different. Maybe someone had this before and can lead me to the best setup possible?!

Just to close this thread. The '70 Imperial requires 3,5" stereo speakers left and right in the front and 6x9" in the rear, mounted from underneath the panel, because the cutouts are only 8,5x5,5"...
We had not much dept in the back because of the LPG tanks, but the Retrosound R-693N with their extreme low profile worked just fine.

We attempted to install sound deatening as well, but working at 3°C in front of my garage was not so funny, so we put that work back for summer.

No pictures from the front unfortunalely, but two from the rear speakers.
