Hey, I didn't say I never had a little fun n games..... But I have pushed a loaded pickup truck with posi in it sideways when it wouldn't go forward - and as a 98lb weakling at the time. I will concede that a SG and a big block w/4 speed is a whole lotta fun in open country or parking lot especially with snow on the ground.

Got it! Thanks for the info. My 300 was found sitting in a field for the last 32+ years. A little old lady bought it new from the dealer. Somewhere I have a picture of an old faded photo with her next to the car. It's hilarious but scary, she doesn't look like she could see over the windshield. She ordered the car with a HO 440, bucket seats and no vinyl top. Which is how I like them, lol. Supposedly the VIN code says it was to be a black car, but somehow shipped in Maroon. Save all that for another post. But I dug, literally dug this beast out of the ground for a month on my days off. Her kids drove the car until it had blown differential, drug it out to the back of their uncle's cow pasture and let it die. It's taken me years to finally get the car from the family. They were awesome and didn't want the car parted out.

Thanks! I never, NEVER see these cars anymore. So I had to rescue it. It was quite an effort. This beast broke my buddy's winch getting it onto the trailer with a stuck wheel. It was a ton of fun.
I found my car almost the same way. Mine belonged to the proverbial "little old lady" too.. (making me the second owner) she bought it brand new in early 1970' at a Brooklyn NY Chrysler dealership (I have all the sales documentation.... she had it all stuffed in the glove box). The car spent most of its life parked in a row home car port (her home) and maked unassuming trips to the grocery stores and to her catholic church. She finally cashed in her bingo chips back in 2010 or thereabouts and then her grandson was trying to sell the car on a Mitsubishi used car lot when I caught sight of it while driving by. I figured I was at the exact right place at the exact right time...it just literally dropped into my lap. Your right about the scarcity, outside of car shows I never see fuselage cars on the road... its very very rare.
