NOT MINE 1970 Newport convertible in Ohio (light blue, 383)

This (likely EB3) Newport 'vert popped up on FB in Mentor, OH two days ago. The fender tag is not there -- CE27L0C224672 is originally a 2bbl car but now has a 4bbl.

The ask is $21k -- note that the car seems to be turnkey, with lots of the important things taken care of by the seller (owner for 13 years).
