Why? I don't see anything unique to a GT that is usable.Cut the price in half and I would be interested for my clone.
Complete black sport fury bucket seat interior with console. 440/727 combo, headlight motor, wiring and etc, 4 roadwheels with correct and hard to find 70-74 centers...etcWhy? I don't see anything unique to a GT that is usable.
As I said, at half the price, it would be worth admission cost.I stand corrected...
Anything mechanical can be rebuilt. The center caps look good, I have a good friend who's an interior guy so anything can be recovered. The console would look great with a pistol grip sticking out of it....Absolutely but are they usable?

Around me a 440/727 brings $1500, that's a 70s cast crank motor, so a 440 HP steel crank motor, fully dressed.
I just paid $200 USD for the same air cleaner, a set of road wheels brings $200+
Lots of good there for me.
This is a point where I will agree to disagree with you Dave. The road wheels have flat tires and are down in the mud, bead may be pitted beyond salvage. Just got a quote to restore 4 of those pot metal center caps that were pitted, they will run you $250 ea to bring back. Not trying to pop any balloons, but I do not see half the asking in parts here, but I could be wrong.

Come to my area and be a Mopar guy, it isn't cheap.
I didn't fall off the turnip truck yesterday, I cut my teeth the hardway,
I buy and sell Mopar parts to fund my own projects, according to my ledger, I've made an extra $10k this year doing so.
I'm not beating my hairy chest right now, just putting into perspective my experience.
I've had some seriously cool stuff come through my shop.
I'm often joke to my buddies about West coasters. Around here if it has a VIN tag on it still, it's a project car.All cool, we are all entitled to do what we do, so do what works for you. On the West Coast you would struggle to get $1k to $1.5k (US) for this car and most of that number would be for its value toward a re-body project. I know rusty cars have a greater value in rust prone areas so I suspect your market might be different than ours. Happy New Year!
