Came across this for sale on the Internet. The description of the car seems very vague.

Not many IIs left anymore... nice car. If I were a passionate Fury guy that would be hard to walk away from

Nice clean low mileage car. A more exciting color combo might help him get closer to his asking price in my opinion.

The color wouldn't stop me on this one either but a better color would get me more excited about it.

It says Beige in the ad. Must be a very rare option, the 6-speed auto...:poke:

Certainly not enough pictures to tell for sure. The two pictures are promising though. To me it's one of those can't be 9000 but too clean for 109.

Well then did you know my Cougar has only 2000 miles and has been garaged 47 of it's 49 years...:rolleyes: true!

Perhaps show us four of your Cougars best photos and we may believe it.
The car doesn't show as a 100000 mile car therefore I believe it to be original as claimed until proven otherwise.

It does look NOT TO be Was you guys point out . That's a light beige. Regardless I'd take it

How can you not drive a car like that??? I'll put 2K miles on the Imp by the end of June I bet.

Being a combination of fastidious, a perfectionist and some OCD thrown in since a child it wouldn't be hard to maintain the car as such. In fact the moment my father bought it I took care of it at the age of 14. Washed and cleaned every week inside, out and under. There is only one sign that the car has more than that although some would still say it does despite that. The driver's side bottom is split along the seams. Been like that since the late 70's. I have the material from SMS but haven't taken the seat to my guy yet after going on 5 years. Otherwise all is original except tires, wheels, and the engine mods. So for a 102,000 mile car it shows as way, way less. Oh, original paint still shiny also.

Point being if I can hide the true mileage of a car so can someone else. Stan is OCD so he sounds capable.

It's a curse and a blessing.
Like being an Air Traffic Controller. Hell until you come home with your $2,000.00 weekly paycheck.

My farther rolled over his odometer every 3 years and I used to buy them.
Had I put them away, they'd look like 7,000 today.

But of course I didn't. :BangHead::BangHead::BangHead:

The above example, btw, is exactly the kind of cars he bought.
