A knob on the steering wheel so that he can turn real fast!

Pretty reminiscent of my childhood games. Seems about right.

Roses are red.
Floorboards are blue.
Better sell it quick,
before the spray-paint interior
rubs off on you.

So I'm tossing around the idea of letting my fury go to a new home. It's a 1970 Plymouth Fury III, 4 door with clean title. Body seems to be in fairly good shape. Previous owner kinda did a crap paint job and I was in the process of sanding it down. There is rust in the rear fenders but that's is the only known location. I leave very soon for a extended period of time and I'm not sure if I want it to sit half way through the work. If anyone is looking for a new project let me know! It runs and drives as it sits right now with a 318. Also have all keys, gas, ignition, trunk, and all the trim minus the windshield trim. Was in the start of prepping for paint but things pop up, Asking 3k, Deff a project and needs work but hey she can and will be a beaut. My plans were a 383 or 440 and going jet black. Just let me know if your interested, I drove it today to work and it runs and drives fine. first picture is how she sits right now.

Is $3K at the point where it would be worth it for someone to potentially pick this up?

As untasteful as some of the things are - it does have a pretty clean interior (aside from the speakers near the kick-panels) and a fairly straight body and moves under its own power just fine. It looks like the owner has started taking off some of the badges and some of the ugly things can easily be unbolted. Yes, it will need a paint job and that could be expensive - but honestly you can buy a paint gun at harbor freight, spend a few weekends practicing in the backyard and do a pretty presentable job. A Carlisle shine? No - but any factory color is better than what it is now. And a normal bystander not into cars certainly wouldn’t tell the difference in a $5K or $20K paint job.

If this car was a 2 Door I’m sure the story would be different, but I do think 4 Door Hardtops are still pretty nice.

Something funky about this car/ad as I just saw the original car in the 'DUB' attire listed on FaceBook Marketplace as a 1 week old ad. Hmmmm... stupid original poster that don't know how to delete ad or?
:realcrazy::rolleyes:

Buying this and trying to "fix it" is like seeing a weakly proportioned two part epoxy spill in the garage and trying to clean it up with your bare hands... it just gets worse.
