It's a beauty for sure but what can you do with it? Can't drive it or the value will drop like a rock. A lot of money for eye candy.

nice looking car for what we can see. Not many options other than AM/FM, power windows, etc. Why do they call it a Salon as that was only available for 1963 and 1964

Because the New Yorkers don't seem to be particularly desirable to most, I find them very desirable... New Yorkers like this offer a lot for pretty modest money compared to other models...

I was impressed by the vehicle too. Those 15,000 miles could even be original. Still not sure why they called them Salon though...

Most of the things you mention are standard on this model. To determine if loaded, I look for tape deck, ATC, twilight sentinel, auto light dimmer, side vent windows (power if offered), cruise control, fornerling lights, split front private control seats, power seats, road wheels, maybe sunroof but those are rare

I see the radiator support area is body color, are they suppose to be blacked out ? indicating repaint. It seems the latest rage is to advertise the odometer mileage as "original", when in fact that is near impossible to claim, especially since the old speedometers didn't roll over. just my opinion, which is worth nothing

Most are blacked out, but I see an inspection mark on the RH side. Perhaps the rattle can guy near the end of the line was on his smoke break when this one rolled by....
Looks like MN collector car plates.
Need a closeup of the gas pedal and driver seat to verify mileage. Close inspection of the steering wheel, plus wear on the driver's door hinge bushings would also help verify. What else....

The accelerator pedal, steering wheel and driver seat and door seem to check out okay... May have been standard, but there is also a clock. All I have in my 69 Newport is a reminder of where a clock ought to be every time I drive the vehicle. Out of interest, where is the inspection mark of the RH side of the engine bay??? Is it near the fender tag??? I presume the inspection mark certified that a vehicle was good to go.... I reckon compared to most vehicles of the day, the vehicle is loaded enough. The main features are covered - 440, power steering, air-conditioning (if you live in the tropics), and maybe power windows. Stuff like electric seats are great, but it's a feature you really only need to use once. It's also probably close to impossible to find a vehicle with every possible option, is in good condition, and someone wants to sell it for a reasonable price....
