There was an almost identical one for sale in Iowa about a year ago. The only difference that I can spot is the steering wheel: the Iowa car had a tilt & telescope steering wheel. This one has the standard wheel.

I'd be very interested in this, if someone could arrange a clear title for it. There's absolutely no way to get it through the US customs without one.

...This car looks great at a glance, but 20 years ago it had a partial repaint and if I remember correctly had been hit on the passenger side. It originally came from the county.

Well then it just might be the same car that was on the Heminet a loong time ago. Something like 15 years or so. It had just been uncovered from an estate garage, had about 50K miles on it, a seized engine (which the ad stated as the reason it was put in the garage in the first place, after only a couple of years of use) and a mighty long bruise on the passenger side rear quarter. If I remember correctly they wanted 5K for it then. In 1998 or thereabouts.

So it has a stuck engine? When I called about the car the first time, the owner said he didn't know if the engine would turn. But it is likely in that moist climate after sitting so long, that it is indeed stuck. Interesting if it is the same car.

My bet is its the same car. When I looked at it the engine wasn't stuck. Could turn by hand but not run. Fuel lines were shot.
