Up for grabs is a great example of a 71 New Yorker with 63,000 original miles. It's equipped with a 440 cubic inch V8 with a three speed tourqflite automatic transmission and an Edelbrock 1406 carburetor. The car is stunningly rust free for a 44 year old car. The car has factory R12 air condition that is currently non-operational but all components are present and accounted for. Since I've owned it the carburetor has been replaced as well as all four shocks, rear wheel bearings, all new brake shoes ,wheel cylinders and drums on the rear axle .along with the carburetor the engine has had a new distributor put in as well as new platinum tipped plugs and has had regular oil changes every 3,000 miles . it has two brand new tires on the front end and fairly new tires on the rear also the Exhaust was redone from the engine back by the previous owner .the interior is all original sporting blue paisley brocade fabric which has worn over time particularly on the driver's seat and could benefit being redone down the line .one of the cons of the car is the paint,it has lost its luster on the upper surfaces in places and the rear bumper also has a small ding in it as well.
