Looks like a lot of water stains both on the back seat and wheel tubs in the trunk. Leaky back window seems probable.
Priced accordingly though?

I saw that one a few years ago on CL in the Akron area. It seems to have deteriorated just a little bit. I don't remember the seat stains and driver's small tears before.
Pics look different but in the same vein - parked on a large grassy area.
