That's awesome congratulations!
That must be quite the feeling!Just took it around the block. I am in love. Finally. Ever since I was little I've wanted to drive a 71 Polara 2 door Hardtop. Mission accomplished.
Shall we call you Dave Jr.?Got the Brougham out after work tonight. I didn't think I had have 2 so fast.

I have been collecting all the bits I need. I have pretty much everything, The interior was just destroyed from sitting open to the elements in Oregon. It's got a good of patchy rot around the windows and on the floors. Nothing extensive, well, besides the trunk pan disaster of 2016. Not what I originally intended on getting into, but I had to get another one that could keep me sane while I get the Brougham done. Seeing the too together has really made me rethink the FC8 Indigo Poly I was considering on the Brougham, but then again, the Indigo and Turquoise sound like a killer set of 71 Dodges...We'll see. I need more space first.Do you have all the missing bits for the gold car? They are a fine looking pair.
I had mentioned something about making the Brougham more like something the guys on Roadkill would build. I'm reconsidering, I suppose it couldn't hurt if I don't hack anything up any worse then what mother nature did. Just not sure I wanna do the work twice.Sounds like you have a plan. Thanks for sharing. Whatever you do please keep us posted. I for one am addicted to these restoration threads.
If nothing else it would be entertaining...making the Brougham more like something the guys on Roadkill would build.
Definitely better then sitting around collecting dust.If nothing else it would be entertaining...
