factory built to a CHP spec and purchased by sheriffs as new cars (using CHP purchasing clout?), or after CHP use then retirement and lived on as sheriff's cars, or both ways?
Both, the ones that got them after get them with less miles than the 75000 that were typically sold at.

could it be possible seller doesn't have the story completely right? so yeah, a sheriff's car but FORMERLY CHP? or perhaps next best thing .. full-on CHP "spec" car bought new by a sheriff?
could explain Five-Large asking price if it does really have some sort of CHP pedigree.
anyway, some folks here seem to know THIS car from past marketing efforts for it and maybe can chime too.
I aint noways a buyer of this car .. just curious about it.
