Dash is black....... I don't see that as a Brougham or a Brougham interior. ..Where's the specialists?

You mean the seatFP, please note that in 1971, there was only one bucket seat option for the Fury and that is the Brougham style buckets. My former GT has the exact same bucket seats as the Seattle WA area car but has a console. The door panels and every other interior piece is the same. No other bucket seat option was available per the 1971 Plymouth dealer trim book so whether you ordered the A76 Brougham package with bucket seats or the C55 bucket seats, the seats were the same.

Regarding the Brougham package, the bucket seat interior was only available in Brougham trim. On Sport Fury's, GT's and wagons, as far as I know based on my research and cars that I have seen, they did not get the Brougham dash emblem, they got Sport Fury, Sport Suburban and Custom Suburban in 1971. I think only the Fury III cars with the Brougham interior got the Brougham dash emblem. Dodges may be different. I have a survivor '71 Custom Suburban with the Brougham package and the only Brougham nameplates are on the D pillar. My wagon has the typical Brougham 50/50 split bench with individual fold down armrests for each side, power driver's side seat and a reclining passenger seat. These seats are so comfortable. My wagon has perforated vinyl seating surfaces so the vinyl breathes a bit. I have had the front seat repaired with NOS material since the photo below was taken and also added the 16 slot road wheels. I hope to get the wagon to Carlisle this year or next year depending on time and money.
I know I know
You mean the seat
You mean the seat material and pattern was the same?
Or the bucket seat frame is the same?
Obviously if you don't have an A76 package car then you don't have a Brougham car. Brougham interior was an option package; A76.
What I am saying is that only one style of bucket seats( in vinyl) was available in 1971 for the Plymouth Fury line per the Plymouth dealer's trim book for 1971. That is what I am saying. The white bucket seat interior in my former GT only differs in color and console vs. arm rest compared to the Burnished Red GT's interior and Can Critter's interior. Can Critter's GT is the first '71 GT that I have seen that has the Brougham nameplate on the dash and the emblems on the C Pillar.
However, the 1971 Plymouth Dealer Trim book does not show cloth insert bucket seats as being available - it only shows vinyl covered buckets. When I get back home, I can post a photos from the book. Now with Chrysler in the 1970's, different factories could have built the cars differently. You can never say never or always when it comes to the way Chrysler built cars in the 1960's & 1970's. Just saying...
That's a car I would be weak for and as a gotta have car
