1971 Sport Fury GT trim rings and center caps

@300vert I saw NOS and I seen that you were in PA. Only so many of those parts floating around lol.

Anyways if by slim chance you come across some '70 Sport Fury GT exhaust tips please reach out to me!

Hello everyone. The trim rings and center caps have found a new home. Thank you to everyone who responded.

Have to at least ask what you got for them?

Given that the OP was inquiring of the members about possible value, I would concur with detmatt and suggest it would be fair to state the $ value finally arrived at. I know a lot of us use this resource to determine what we should pay, or need to pay for a specific part once we find it.

Agreed! This wasn't a for sale thread, it was a what's it worth thread. I think it was handled wrong but hey, who am I.

Yeah I'm hoping that the first to show interest was given first choice and on to the next if he passed on them. I'm going to assume that's what happened.

When I am a seller, I never disclose what buyer paid. If buyer wants it public that's his business, not mine.

Respectfully disagree. The OP wanted to know what the value was and subsequently sold them. If he said, "I got just over $200 for them" and did not disclose who the buyer was, no harm, no foul. If the members here helped him determine the value, he might want to reciprocate and return the favour. I have been in the Real Estate business for some 40 years, I disclose all sale prices, but I do not disclose the buyer. Others will then know what values they can attribute to similar properties (or parts) CG

No worries, we don't have to agree. The only help he got on value was a joke response at $50, unless there was a private message. I'm just saying how I play it.

Fixed my original reply to say up to buyer to disclose.

I like what you're saying but transactions are public record regardless so you aren't doing anything for anyone.
