1972 4dr Chysler NY'er

I know on the B-bodies the windshields are different from 2-door hardtops and post coupes to 4-doors, wagons and verts. I'm talking 68 through 70.

How many quotes have you gotten? I'd have to persistent and call around, have the cheapest guy order six.. .... or keep a keener eye while driving

All the prices are the same within a few bucks. Keener eye.....not the problem.... moslty severe erosion followed by the dreaded bullseye. I grew up driving back east but out here you win the winshield lottery on a regular basis.

O.K. Q36. Try "Pilkington Classics" 1-800-848-1351 Their on the south side of Columbus, Oh. and they've been doing glass business I think since Henry waz painting every thing Black. Jer

I just picked up a nice clean 4 dr sedan 85k mile 1972 NYer, rust free, etc, drove it home 700 miles without a hiccup. Great piece of american iron. I just went to price a new windshield (fresh glass always brightens these cars up) thinking that it was the same as the 2 and 4dr hardtop, but noooo, 69-73 sedan glass is different and apparently rare (500 -1000 bucks). Any suggestions on a better price for glass or substituions? That or unfortunately I'm going to have to sell it, I can't afford to break a windshield. Thanks:BangHead:
