I’d like to see the lower quarters, trunk pan and underside, and understand better what the top damage is, but the 1970 EW1 looks like a decent deal if the work was done right. The 1972 (GY4?), not so much…
That gy4 car probably has very little to no rust.
Unfortunately they are denting the front bottom and it is never a good idea to strap over the top of the hood from the trailer. That will put a dent in both sides if a good bump is hit. Good parts car. Oklahoma preserve's pretty well.

Description
This 1973 Imperial Le Baron is in near Immaculate condition and has only covered 59000 miles. It was also featured in Classic American magazine back in 2006.
The car is absolutely beautiful with arrow straight bodywork and stunning interior.
It has its original 440 V8 and Torqueflite transmission. The 4 barrel carburettor has recently been rebuilt. The car is effortless to drive and a total pleasure to be behind the wheel.
The car is completely solid underneath and has been extremely well cared for.
This Imperial is a stunning car and needs to be seen to be completely appreciated! It looks fantastic with the windows down with its pillarless profile. You will struggle to find a better one.
Ive had over 40 American cars over the years and this is by far the best one I've owned.
I'm open to an offer but it would need to be very close to the asking price. It's so beautiful I'm not giving it away and I'm in no rush to sell. £14, 995

Im listing this car for my Brother . This is a Rust & Rot free 1970 Chrysler Imperial 1 owner survivor from Montana. This is a true Montana barn find. Title is now a Michigan title in my Brothers name. Runs and drives motor is a great running 440 with automatic Trans. Has full power as in all windows door locks seats . Heat works great & A/C is all there & hooked up but haven't checked to see if its cold. Car is Very Clean other than some scratches in the paint and a dent in the rear quarter panel. Needs a Very good detailing. All Glass & trim is Perfect. If interested PM me your phone number & I'll have him text you what you want to see. Car is located in Farmington Hills Michigan If car is still listed then its still for sale.

Same GY4/V1G color combo as Buttercup. The steering wheel seems un-cracked, which would be remarkable given the condition of the rest.
Unfortunately, I see the derby in this car's future. Hopefully the right person comes along and saves what can be salvaged (steering wheel, power antenna, power vent windows, mirrors, etc.).

Maybe, but other than the overall sense of the outside, the photos of YM23T3C170065 on eBay do not give more than a partial, low-resolution view the areas one would want to see: bottom of rear window, trunk an under the carpet, door jambs, underside — not even the engine bay. Very hard to get a full sense of the interior condition from the pics shown too.
PS: the bidding has now reached the usual C-body price, let’s see how far it goes.

The waterstains around the rear window blowers give you a hint what the trunk and the rear seat area will look like. But still, it is a B5 2door with bucket seats and more great options. I don't get it why this doesn't sell while a completely shot 69 partscar at the TX hoard auction goes for 10k
