1972-73 IMPERIAL FOR SALE Tracker starting NOW into INFINITY.

I don't really mind what colour the Imperial i get is as it's almost certainly going to get a respray. But i am also thinking that if the paint is okay, why touch it? And Silver, WHOA! that thought hasn't even crossed my mind until now. Thanks guys! now i don't know what colour to paint my Imperial... :D

Personally, I was never a fan of white Fuselage Imperials, until I watched the videos and looked at the pics of Lee, Doc's '73 Imperial. It really grew on me. Of course, black wins hands down.

Just this week my wife glanced at Lee in the garage and said, "My God, that's a beautiful Imperial."
Seems likes bright red color (E5 vs E7) and white makes them even more striking or bigger with their size being obviously a constant.
She always liked Lee and Big Red the most.

Yes, Lee is a lovely Imperial originally from Alice, Texas, where I presume summers are very hot so the white exterior with powder blue brocade is perfect. The fact that she has both front and rear air conditioning was an excellent choice when she was ordered, though whether that was by the dealer or the first owner remains unknown as that wasn't in any of the documentation in the glovebox. Doc may know whether any build sheets were located in the usual locations as I didn't search for them, I was happy enough having located a '73, the color and her good condition were a bonus that both Doc and I enjoy/ed.

The fact that Mrs McNeedy likes her was an extra bonus.

My old Imperial was/is silver, looks awesome.

Excellent condition with only 52,500 miles. Being driven so it will go up (...) Engine and Transmission freshly rebuilt, many new parts. Tires, ignition system, headlights, starter, battery, gas tank/sending unit. Car is complete. Every letter emblem, every tag, every trim piece is on the car. No rips in the seats. Power windows, power door locks, power drivers seat, all functioning.

Body lines are all straight. Very minimal surface rust on rockers and underside. Does need a headliner. This is not a derby car.

And yet the steering wheel seems pretty good in terms of cracks but the rim blow switch is falling apart. The dash panel looks pretty clean too with very little of the white paint lettering worn down. And the exterior seems pretty straight. And manual a/c is a plus.

For the worn seats I know it's leather but what happens to it if a 300lbs guy drives it... Could that explain material fatigue?

I too am puzzled about this car. If anyone is interested and would like me to have eyes on it this Saturday, I can do so -- I'd use such a request as an excuse to exercise Medina or Snow White following their restoration with/by @71Polara383

I have not seen this green '73 posted. It has been for sale on FB near Burlington, Vermont for two weeks. Looks like the leather would be very nice after giving it some Leatherique, and the paint/chrome look good too. Too bad the H53 AutoTemp II does not work. From the ad:

"Just pulled it out of the barn. All original. In real good condition.440 motor. Runs a little rough probably carburetor. Original owner. 63,000 miles. Every thing works except A/C. Power everything. Hasnt been registered since 1984. $7,200 obo. Come see it in Woodbury VT."

1972 Chrysler imperial LeBaron 58,000 miles,4 door hard top..Nice car..Never seen a hard day in its life.Always garage kept.Needs some odds and end stuff.Has had 1 repaint..I bought it off an elderly mans family..The man passed away a few years earlier...Car is nicely optioned.Spare tire has never been removed from the trunk.New fuel pump,master cylinder,rear wheel cylinders.Rebuilt brake booster...Very solid body and really clean interior..Vinyl top is in excellent condition.Calls only 603 209 1678 $5000 firm!
