I believe this hood bumper is upside down, I would try to compare it to the passenger side but that one is missing.

Now the car is at 27K.

As @68PK21 440.6bbl has pointed out, there are numerous issues that shouldn't be there for the asking price.
What else is wrong I wonder.
Sway bar does look weird.

Is CL23M2C171202 perfect? Nope. But it is one heck of a nice car -- look at the valances (front and rear) and the interior.
