When I saw the ad on CL this afternoon, I knew this 1972 Chrysler to be CS23T2C257293 -- an HT8 NYer Brougham that I inspected together with @Ripinator in January 2021 and almost bought 5 years ago. The story is here:

For Sale - 1972 NYB Two-door (GT8)

I liked the car at the time, and am happy to see that the current seller has done some work:

"Good condition. 440 v8. Has many options such as ps, pb, a/c, pw, and power driver seat. Have owned for over five years. Have put time and money into the Mopar. Runs and looks great. Minimal surface rust on under carriage. New carpet, headliner, vinyl top, gas tank, carburetor, radiator, master cylinder, front brake hoses, dual exhaust, and probably more I am forgetting. It will need window gears for the front power windows ( motors run). Back windows work fine. Have fender tag and build sheet. Looks to be a local Virginia car most of its life. Believed to be low mileage. The road/rally wheels will not go with the car but rather the hubcaps that came with it when I purchased it. It is not perfect but a very eye catching Mopar that some one can enjoy."

If anyone is seriously interested, I can share my notes from back then.

Looks to me like it got a new vinyl top between the first and second ad

Good eye. Indeed, as stated in the ad: "New carpet, headliner, vinyl top, gas tank, carburetor, radiator, master cylinder, front brake hoses, dual exhaust"

I could never warm up to these 2dr. 69-73 models. Such a small and short greenhouse on a long tall body. Every time I see one it reminds me of this...

I got a photo back in 2019 when looking at the car, but had promised the then-seller not to post it. Your post means the info is out there, so here is the photo for records.

Thank you for the decoding. One quibble: V5T is tan "bodyside molding vinyl inserts", not "stripes" (stripes would be V7T) @69CoronetRT :
