Traded this car for 400/727 that I bought for my Charger. She's a bit rough around the edges, and the carb needs to be rebuilt, but its complete and she runs.

Fender tag, mostly decoded

Can anyone decode the few "unknown" codes?

Post some pics in a few.

Wait, the M code is for the 400, which you listed. Then you said 383...... being a 72 its a 400

I did not notice that, I copied the decode from another site.

The guy I got it from couldn't bring himself to part it out, and he wanted a motor for his '57 Desoto.

There was a local garage that bought a 72 Polara 2 door in similar condition from a auction. He wanted sixteen hundred for the car, not a straight panel on the car...... Yours looks better but still probably not worth an investment

OH ok the other pictures loaded while I was typing, I'll just say it ........part it out. Glad you are safe...

I wasn't going to restore, I'm just going to drive it. I'll get some tub and tile clear silicone and fill that little hole.

He did turn me on to a 69-71 Imperial coupe I have to go over and look at, after I replace the trailer tires and install my winch.

Thanks, the tires looked a little weather checked, but I didn't realize how bad they were. Trailer is only a year old...

The trailer is a year old, tags just expired. They are some really cheap tires, I replaced one last year when I snagged it on a gate hinge, 8'6" trailer, 9' opening. That tire looks great, the 2 remaining tires are worn and weathered.

After checking it over more throughly, I'm going to part it out.

Trunk lid and hood, along with both bumpers and the left grille are pretty much junk. I've already had an inquiry on the motor and trans, but the rest is up for grabs.

I could use a few things. Rear side marker lights, right front turn signal, and a few items under the hood.
