It looks a little rough around the edges (the headliner especially) but I think it will bring around $7,000.
I'm stuck on Formals... I like Fusie's, but the pricing baffles me...
1972 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham in original awesome shape. This car was a barn find up in Clarksburg West Virginia and driven back to Orlando Florida in May of 2010. This car is a two owner car. She has always been garaged kept no rain or snow. The actual mileage showing is 54,733 actual miles. We have taken this car to many car shows in the Orlando area and everyone always makes a fuss over her. The car is a dream to drive especially when on the highway smooth sailing. Since purchased the car we have replaced many items Alt, Bat, Starter, Water pump, Carb, Tires, Shocks all around, Gas tank, and many other items. We have tried to keep her just as she rolled off the line. I have attached way too many pictures.....But if you need more just ask will be happy to email them to you. Will try and answer any and all questions received before end of auction. As you can see I have been a Seller on EBay for many years and have kept my rating high. bidding did get to 5500.00 - and that's where it stayed - reserve still not met. Don't know if it will be relisted.
Probably doesn't matter, now the trolls know where the price point is... I bet it doesn't go that high on a second attempt. Years ago, when I believed EB auctions actually sold cars, I sniped a couple on their second or third pass that got way too cheap after the buyers got silly. One pulled just before the end, one sold to me NR for way too little... that seller was not gracious or smart about it. I had his relisting removed.

just curious, if this same car was a two door, approximately how much more do you think it would be worth?

According to NADA Classic - a two door would fetch maybe 500.00 more vs a four door

sorry, one other hypothetical for a recently converted C body guy. If this were for sale in say, 2010, or whatever year, they got less cheap, what would it have gone for or what would the seller even be asking? thanks for any insight...

thanks, so were they even still significantly cheaper (in general, all c bodes) a few years back? and if so, approximately what was the timeline?
No offense and maybe I'm alone here and way off base but i keep seeing you posting conversations here and I keep thinking its not right.
I'd be a little pissed if I trusted you and shared private conversations with you and you posted it on the internet. That's what i keep thinking. Are you asking these folks if they mind you sharing the info on a public forum?

well, if it's simple " how much" and what's your lowest, etc. I wouldn't care myself, they don't know me from Adam when I contact them. I was only trying to give you guys more info in case you were interested in any of them. I see no good deed goes unpunished. I've already stopped posting because of all your petty rules and I think many others have to. Now, tell me what else I'm doing wrong, please....
