well, if it's simple " how much" and what's your lowest, etc. I wouldn't care myself, they don't know me from Adam when I contact them. I was only trying to give you guys more info in case you were interested in any of them. I see no good deed goes unpunished. I've already stopped posting because of all your petty rules and I think many others have to. Now, tell me what else I'm doing wrong, please....

Well I apologize for offending.

1st I don't have any rules regarding what goes on here. Regarding the ads I'm just trying to get people to make the threads more relevant and show people how to do that that may not know or think about it long term ... I imagine that's what you are referring to. If you mean the joining of the 6 or more threads you posted on that red car well that's just thread maintenance.

Second like I said I was probably off base but I keep seeing the private communication posted and it kind of seems wrong to me but like I said I'm probably wrong. Not telling you to quit doing it. Not everything you share that way is of the same nature as this one which is what I'm referring to. Of course additional facts about the vehicle options make model etc is not what I'm talking about.

hey fair enough. Let the moderator tell me what to follow. I don't have a problem with not posting extra info, less work for me. Apology accepted, no problem, Brian...

Thanks man.

There are not very many rules here .. I'm just trying to help, not be the bad guy or anything and I'm a enthusiastic about these cars myself so 99% of the time I'm just sharing my thoughts and opinions like everyone else can and does

same here....thanks.

interesting, this NYer is back again on Ebay. and he added some comments. particular interesting that it sat in a barn on a dirt floor for years. not good, huh?

On Jun-14-16 at 10:10:24 PDT, seller added the following information:

Have had a question on the roof...there is a tiny slice up towards the front of roof....this can be patched very minor....Also on the headliner there is a tiny hole which may or my not be able to be repaired....Again these are very minor....Considering the age of this car.....If you have any questions....Please ask

On Jun-14-16 at 19:46:14 PDT, seller added the following information:I've had more questions on car. I thought I took enough pictures to show any defects on car....The car is over forty years old and is NOT A NEW CAR...there is imperfections.....As seen in engine compartment there is surface rust not sure why.....age maybe....and as far as undercarriage it has the usual road rash could be from sitting on a dirt floor in a barn for years....I had the car listed before at a much higher reserve....Now I lowered it so who ever wins can fix the few things that will make it a show car......If you want to see it or test drive it before b

I'm probably one of those questioners that the owner is in a huff about - stop advertising as a SHOW CAR if it is not

Hmmm....if people are asking all these specific questions, wouldn't the seller be happy? Yes, it can be aggravating, but it does show interest in the car!

also maybe I'm missing something, but how do you decide to take the time and expense to look at a car (unless it's a few miles away) with no indication at all how the underneath looks? I believe some of you said you get more detailed photos or you skip it. sound right?
