Probably lost the keys. Drivers door panel is off and the rear seat back is pulled out.

Hard to say without more info or seeing it in person. The only claim that gives me any doubt is being "mouse free" being covered in dirt in a barn.
Is he positive that they did not get into the heater box? Or has a nuclear fallout killed all the mice? Barn cats maybe or at best maybe.
As far as running. If your close it would be worth going by. Or make an offer pending he sends you a video of it fired up. It may clean up and really look sharp

Often times, new brakes come after getting starting motor to move vehicle. Suddenly stopping becomes a not so forgotten priority.

Just look at that Y4 glove box door cover. It has more color than the rest of the interior.

I assume he is talking $5000 Canukian ($3900 and change US). Without a personal inspection, this is a standard C-Body price vehicle. I like the color. . . OH! And did anyone see the busted windshield? That knocks at least another $800 US off the price.
