I think I might try a light resto on this as I just took a paint/body class. This will get me up to speed for sure. Anyone know where I can buy Bondo in 50-gallon drums?

I called the seller, and he said he would drop the price to 2,400.00

SCORE!

Too much money for a field car but it would be a riot with the 6:13 gear set. I went for a rip with the neighbor in his car after the derby when I was a kid. It was one of the premier experiences of my childhood. It felt fast I'll never forget the chattering drift and the big plastic goggles...
Led to me dragging a 73 delta 88 home with a tractor and hiding it behind the barn...

Do yal see no value in the motor/trans/rear?

It has obviously been demo'd, but if it didn't overheat then it might be decent? What say yal?

I see this thing almost every day when I search for 73 imps. It's an absolute fakey every day.

Glad it wasn't jailbait .... that is another story.

I bought the car and immediately found 3 diamond rings under the seat cushion and sold them for 15,000.00 dollars

Sadly, I had to crush the car as I had no title, 4 liens on it, the sheriff was on my tail for parking tickets, the brakes were
inoperative, and it slid down a hill and ran into a chicken coop and wiped out the lot and now have to pony up more $ than
the car is worth. I will set up a GoFundMe to get the thing settled. The fund is under: "waste of time part 69". Hope you can
help out!

Any derby motor has been toasty. But those guys know the dark arts. It's probably not that overpriced for a derby car. If 1500 would take it your not wasting weekends building and are a contender for winning cash
