It looks like my 69 monaco , i would say B9 blue.

I concur....I just had my 78 NYB painted in PB9 Starlight Blue Sunfire Metallic... looks about the same. This color Imperial was the inspiration for painting mine. I saw a 73 for sale out of New Jersey years ago just like this one. I told myself if I ever get my NYB painted it would be in this color...now it's done
