Nice to reminisce once in awhile...had my Blackbird and raced for 12 years, had the Redbird for about a year,did a total resto then sold both last year, paid off daily drivers and bought my Fury. Thought I would miss the 'birds, but have enjoyed my Fury so much, really don't miss them much at all.

Did anyone catch the episode of that show Gas Monkey Garage, where they restored the 1st two Firebirds? Bloody hell, that Rawlings lad made some big dosh on those things...
