The plant code is missing, but my guess is it is either DM43K2D230213 (Belvidere plant) or DM43K2F230213 (Newark plant). Polara Custom, 4dr hardtop (so almost certainly not a police car), in FQ5 turquoise, black vinyl top, and M4L3 beige vinyl split bench-back interior. Must have looked great new
