Auction ended with me being the high and only bidder at $8,000.00.
He wants $17k.
It can rust in hell.

I'm sure it will be worth $17K someday... Say, in hundred years?

Sorry it didn't end well for you.

There will be others though...

I really liked it, one of the best looking formals I've ever seen.

If I was living in your side of the Ocean, 8K may not have been too much to offer. Shipped to Finland and all taxes etc payed the car would have cost twice that much to me. And that, my friends, is too much...

You may be better off. Notice how the car has rust on the lower parts of the engine area, like it was parked outside for awhile? Combine that with the issues of getting a car like that going, like cleaning the fuel tank, etc.

What I said. I bid too much.

Maybe the current owner will fix the rust before offering it for sale next time.

Feel free. I'll be right here in Fumbuck County looking at the pics of you getting arrested. Lol.

Carlisle has too many activities on the Main Stage already....

I alwayz go up on the hill to watch the burnout contest. way better then sitting in the standz and breathing the fog. Never could figger out what the big draw waz in in slinging and foevah installing molten rubber on the quarterz of any car.

This thread needs a few pictures since Stan isn't buying
