For sale is this always garaged 75 Chrysler New Yorker with only 70K original miles. It is as great a running car as it looks. It will be on ebay Tuesday the 7th at 8:00 est. The reserve is $4900. Any bids would be greatly appreciated. I dont want to sell it but have run out of space in the garage & need to pay some bills. However, if it doesnt sell I wont be upset. If you have room in your collection for this beauty you wont be disappointed. It has a rebuilt trans, a fresh tune up & front brakes. I had the shop check the air & it only needs a freon charge to be working. Here is the item number:181550245476 I will be happy to give anyone interested an honest description of its flaws but it doesnt have many. Feel free to call if interested: 540-384-7440 Thanks for this wonderful web site, Jason 100_2137.jpg

Not to be a ballbuster but I keep making my case before The Best & The Brightest here, that it's ALWAYS more than "just a charge" with the A/C systems.
An A/C charge anywhere is $59.95. + tax. Why don't you simply charge it so nobody can question it. That's a big selling point on these cars. Why not put the sixty bucks into it and list is as "A/C blows ice cold"?

Stan now you know that's because $;+!head mechanics or their real name parts changers get you in the door saying probably just needs charged and 3 weeks later they call and give you the real price of $1000.00

Freon is very expensive. Its no longer summer. I didnt charge it because I didnt want it to go unused all winter only to find it leaked out somehow. The bill to the shop was $800. I didnt want to spend more & possibly waste it. I agree with you... I also get SICK of people who claim "its just a charge" away but in this case I have the backup of professionals who could find no obvious damage to the system. The most important part was the Compressor & its good. Thanks for letting me clear that up. Next summer, if I still own the car, I will get it charged with real freon, not the cheap stuff.

$800 wow I'm going to bring my cars to your parts changer every time I see about getting something done it's a $1000 I think that's the only price the parts changers around here know.

We do have a lower cost of living around here. I got the trans rebuilt from an old master who still builds transmissions with his wife as a helper. He even charges prices from 20 years ago. $600 & they did all the work. He is the only mechanic I know that Ive never had to return a car to. Please help find this car a good home. I wouldnt have posted it here if it was a lemon. I respect your followers too much for that.
