It is what it is. Looks exactly like a 41 year old car that has been regularly driving on Illinois highways, even in the winter. Even if you do an "undercarriage wash", you are going to get that kind of corrosion over time. :/
Considering what that environment does to a car (I speak from experience), the car in decent shape.
Price...well he is wanting $5.5k, but is open to offers.
