Not sure, maybe 76 vs 77 paint scheme?

I had a 76 dark blue, no vinyl doba.
Gorgeous. In my top 5 or 6 cars I have owned.
I'd I found a blue blue Daytona, I might not be able to contain myself.

I think the paint changes year to year.

The 1975/1976 Daytona had the side colour that then went up over the roof. The 77/ 78 Daytona had the two painted body highlights and forward roof portion painted.

Both paint schemes are correct for a Daytona, depending on the year of the car.

Same car a few days later. That top color doesn't look black now. Threw in an engine shot also.
